FINANTZAK
Finantzak Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: 6 September 2026
Provider, acceptance and version
The service is provided by the owner identified in the Legal Notice. These Terms, version 2026-09-06, are accepted through a separate checkbox before a web account is created. We retain limited evidence of version and date. The Privacy Policy explains data processing and is not part of contractual acceptance.
Age, account and security
You must be at least 18, provide accurate data, safeguard credentials and report unauthorised access. You may manage sessions and delete the account. Do not share credentials or use the service for fraud, abuse, rights violations or unlawful activity.
Service, plans and purchase
Finantzak offers two modes. The Free Version works exclusively on-device in the mobile app: it includes no personal cloud storage, personal sync or access to the web app. As the only exception, a Free user may sync shared workspaces in the app while they are sponsored by an active Premium owner; this exception does not provide access to personal cloud storage or personal files. Premium includes personal cloud storage, web access, cross-device sync, and shared-workspace creation and administration.
The total price, taxes, billing period and renewal are shown before purchase in Google Play; that screen prevails for the specific transaction. Premium is managed through the Google Play account used for the purchase. Finantzak does not automatically connect to banks or move money.
Renewal, cancellation and withdrawal
Subscriptions renew under the Google Play terms displayed before purchase until cancelled there. Cancellation prevents future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal, refund and guarantee rights apply under mandatory law and the purchase channel; no term limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where immediate digital performance requires express consent and acknowledgement of possible loss of withdrawal, it will be requested in the relevant checkout.
Toby and no professional advice
Toby uses artificial intelligence and is identified as such. Outputs may be wrong. They do not replace your judgement and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Review proposals before confirming them.
Availability, changes and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, incidents or justified changes may occur. Material contractual changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice where required. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, breach of essential obligations or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Cancellation, content and retention
You can cancel Premium in Google Play and delete your account through the provided area. When Premium expires, cloud data is frozen for 30 days under the published conditions, with applicable reactivation, export or transfer options; it is then erased. Account deletion removes operational content and retains only minimum evidence for the periods described in Privacy.
The complete export is prepared within 72 hours. An ongoing export postpones deletion until the file is ready and its download window ends. Transferring a space requires another member with active Premium to accept ownership. Losing Premium does not erase local device data.
Support, complaints and governing law
Contact soporte@finantzak.eus. Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their place of residence. Consumers may use the courts competent under applicable law; no exclusive forum limits their rights.

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the mobile application on their devices. This license is subject to the distribution rules of the download platforms from which the user obtained the application.
Intellectual Property
All the source code, interface design, logos, trademarks, texts and graphic elements that make up Finantzak.eus and the mobile application are the exclusive property of their developers or licensors, and are protected by international intellectual and industrial property laws in force in Spain.
