Privacy and control

Delete your account and data

You can start the process from this page even if the app is no longer installed.

Deletion is permanent

Once the process is complete, we cannot recover your account or the deleted data.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile and all active sessions.
  • Your personal financial data, synchronisation history and cloud copies.
  • Files, receipts, invoices and other documents you uploaded.
  • Preferences and settings associated with your account.

Before deleting an account with shared data

If you own a shared workspace, you must transfer its ownership or delete it first. This prevents data that also belongs to other people from being deleted.

Google Play subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Google Play renewal. If renewal is active, cancel it in Google Play first and then refresh the status here.

Checking your account status…

Prepare before confirming account deletion

Check what information you need to keep

Review your account data and documents before starting a permanent deletion. If you need to keep information, use the download or export options available for your plan and platform and check the files you obtain. Do not assume that local information has already synced or that a cloud copy will remain accessible after deletion. This page explains the process, but reading or opening it does not delete anything. The request requires identifying the account holder and confirming the appropriate action.

Resolve subscriptions and shared workspaces first

If you own a shared workspace, review the options to transfer its ownership or delete it before deleting your personal account. Check who else uses shared records before making a decision about them. An active Google Play renewal must be cancelled there before continuing; you can then refresh its status on this page. Removing Finantzak from a phone and deleting an account are different actions. Uninstalling the application does not by itself cancel a subscription or replace this process.

Continue with your account’s sign-in method

Sign in to review the checks for your account. The screen will explain whether a blocker remains and what you need to resolve before confirming. Use the verification method appropriate to your access; do not share a password or code so that someone else can perform it for you. If you cannot sign in or do not understand a blocker, contact support from your account’s email address. Read the displayed explanation instead of repeatedly sending a failing request, and keep it available when asking for help.
